Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
Welcome to Vantier. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products and services. Throughout these Terms, "Vantier", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Vantier, and "you" and "your" refer to any visitor, customer or user of our website.
By accessing our website, placing an order or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing from us.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights or remedies that you have under applicable consumer law and that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
1. About Vantier
Vantier is an online fashion retailer offering clothing, accessories and related products through our online store.
If you need to contact us regarding these Terms, an order or our services, please contact:
Vantier
Email: contact@vantier.com
2. Eligibility to Use Our Services
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, you may only use our services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
You must not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
3. Our Online Store
Our online store is operated using Shopify's ecommerce platform.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our website or services where reasonably necessary. This does not affect any rights you may already have in relation to an order or contract that has been accepted by us.
4. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, sizes, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions and other factors. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product may occur.
Product measurements and sizing information may be approximate. We recommend reviewing the relevant size guide before placing your order.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer law.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve that item. In rare circumstances, a product may become unavailable after you place an order.
If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will inform you and, where payment has already been taken, refund the amount due for the unavailable product.
6. Orders and Formation of Contract
When you place an order with Vantier, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After you place an order, you may receive an automatic email acknowledging that we have received it. An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, a binding contract between you and Vantier is formed when we accept your order, such as when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error;
- Payment cannot be authorised or verified;
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
- We cannot deliver to the address provided;
- Purchase limits have been exceeded; or
- We are otherwise unable to fulfil the order lawfully.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
7. Order Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information when placing an order, including your name, billing information, delivery address and contact details.
Please check your order information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@vantier.com.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it has entered processing or has been dispatched.
8. Prices
Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not normally affect orders that we have already accepted, except where required by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges will be displayed or communicated as required before you complete your purchase.
9. Pricing Errors
Despite our reasonable efforts, products may occasionally be incorrectly priced.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may contact you to give you the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the order.
We will not rely on this provision to deprive consumers of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment service providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment providers may conduct verification, security and fraud-prevention checks before authorising a transaction.
11. Delivery
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed on our website or during checkout where applicable.
Any delivery dates or timeframes provided are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the agreed period and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect any statutory rights you may have regarding delayed or failed delivery.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided with your order is accurate and complete.
12. Risk and Ownership
For consumers, risk in the goods will pass to you in accordance with applicable consumer law, generally when you or a person identified by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
Ownership of the products will pass to you when we have received payment in full, subject to applicable law.
13. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
If you purchase products online as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation and return rights.
For eligible distance purchases in the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
Details about cancellations, returns, refunds, return shipping and applicable exceptions are provided in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy or these Terms affects your statutory rights.
14. Faulty or Misdescribed Products
Under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products supplied to consumers must meet certain legal standards, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If you believe that a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at contact@vantier.com.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to remedies such as a refund, repair or replacement.
15. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, Vantier may offer promotions, discounts or promotional codes.
Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility requirements, expiry dates, product exclusions and minimum purchase requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value.
We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotional code where we reasonably determine that it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to the applicable promotional terms.
16. Customer Accounts
Certain features of our website may allow you to create a customer account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
Please notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorisation.
17. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse our website or services. In particular, you must not knowingly:
- Use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or networks;
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology;
- Interfere with the operation, security or availability of our website;
- Collect information about other users without lawful authority;
- Use automated systems to access our website in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure; or
- Use our website in a way that infringes the rights of Vantier or any third party.
18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through our website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, designs, photographs, videos, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Vantier and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit our content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications or services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies provided by the relevant third party.
20. Reviews and User Content
Where our website allows you to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you must ensure that the content is lawful, accurate where it states facts and does not infringe the rights of another person.
You must not submit content that is defamatory, fraudulent, threatening, unlawful, misleading, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
Where you submit content for publication on our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for the purposes for which it was submitted and for promoting our products or services, subject to applicable law.
21. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Where cookies or similar technologies are used, additional information and controls may be provided through our cookie notice or consent management tools.
22. Our Responsibility to You
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer, we supply products for private and domestic use. We are generally not responsible for business losses arising from consumer purchases, such as loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, to the extent permitted by law.
23. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of the delay and communicate with you where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, website or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to your purchase will generally be the version in force when your contract with us is formed, unless a change is required by law.
The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
26. No Waiver
If we delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision or any other rights we may have.
27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contractual or non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable to our contract with you, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
