Shipping Policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
Thank you for shopping with Vantier. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our online store.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Vantier, you acknowledge that delivery times, shipping options and charges may vary depending on your delivery destination, the products ordered and the shipping method available at checkout.
1. Order Processing
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been authorised, we will begin processing your order for dispatch.
Processing times are separate from delivery times. The estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout or otherwise communicated to you should be considered together with any applicable processing period.
Orders may require additional processing time during periods of high demand, promotional events, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
2. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Please review your order details carefully. If you notice an error in your delivery information, contact us as soon as possible at contact@vantier.com.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or correct the delivery address.
3. Shipping Destinations
Vantier may ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.
The availability of shipping to your location will be determined during checkout. If your country or region is not available as a delivery destination at checkout, we may currently be unable to ship to that location.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping costs may vary depending on factors including your delivery destination, order value, package size, weight and selected shipping method.
Where we offer free shipping or a promotional shipping rate, any applicable conditions will be displayed on our website or during checkout.
5. Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated to you where applicable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates and timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, carrier operations, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have regarding delivery under applicable consumer law.
6. UK Delivery Rights
Where applicable UK consumer law requires delivery within an agreed period, we will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within that period.
If no specific delivery period has been agreed, applicable consumer law may require goods to be delivered without undue delay and generally within 30 days after the contract is entered into, unless otherwise agreed.
Your statutory rights regarding late or failed delivery are not affected by this Shipping Policy.
7. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information may be provided by email or through your order information after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time after receiving your tracking information for the carrier's tracking system to update.
Tracking availability may depend on the destination and shipping service used.
8. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.
Please ensure that your name, street address, house or flat number, postcode, city, country and any other required delivery information are correct before completing your purchase.
If you realise that you have provided incorrect delivery information, please contact us immediately at contact@vantier.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
9. Failed Delivery and Returned Parcels
A parcel may be returned to us if the carrier is unable to complete delivery because of circumstances such as an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, failure to collect the parcel or refusal of delivery.
If your parcel is returned to us, please contact contact@vantier.com so that we can review the circumstances and advise you of the available options.
Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is requested where the failed delivery resulted from incorrect information supplied by the customer or another circumstance for which the customer is responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has not progressed for an unusual period of time or you believe that your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at contact@vantier.com.
We may need to investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where we remain responsible for delivery of the goods.
11. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, any safe place identified by the carrier and whether the parcel was accepted by someone at your address.
If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@vantier.com so that we can assist with an investigation.
12. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
To help us investigate the issue, we may ask you to provide your order number and photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.
Your statutory rights in relation to damaged, faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
13. Split Shipments
In some circumstances, products within the same order may be dispatched separately.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information for each parcel and the parcels may arrive on different dates.
14. International Shipping
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination and customs procedures.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import requirements and other procedures imposed by the destination country.
These procedures may cause delays that are outside our reasonable control.
15. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Whether these charges are included in the price paid at checkout or payable separately will depend on the shipping arrangement, destination and information presented to you during checkout.
Where charges are not collected by Vantier at checkout, you may be required to pay them directly to the relevant customs authority, carrier or other third party before or upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for reviewing any applicable import requirements in their destination country, except to the extent that applicable law or the terms presented at checkout provide otherwise.
16. Customs Delays
International orders may be delayed while undergoing customs clearance.
Customs authorities may request additional information or documentation from the recipient before releasing a shipment.
Vantier cannot control the speed at which customs authorities process individual shipments, but we will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate.
17. Refused International Shipments
If an international shipment is refused or not collected and is subsequently returned to us, please contact us so that we can review the circumstances.
Any refund or additional shipping charges will be determined in accordance with applicable law, our Returns & Refund Policy and the circumstances of the shipment.
18. Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, carrier delays, customs procedures, industrial action, natural disasters, public emergencies or other unforeseen events.
Where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise its impact and, where appropriate, provide relevant information to you.
Nothing in this section excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
19. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Shipping and delivery matters relating to cancelled orders, returns and refunds are also subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Your rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are also protected by applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
